For those interested who dont understand 3:50-4:10: -Comrade Commesar , lets take off their clothes completely! I would like to "chase" two of them by the road... (earlier in the movie this guy and his friend were running in underwear down a road while german tank was chasing them and recording with camera) -You're joking , were gonna exchange them for our comrades in prison. Luka, take them to the camp. -Alright! -You be sure to watch to collect all the weapons and load them into the car. -I understand! (Yes,sir!) Cheers mate, thanks for the explanation of what's being said! It makes sense as I did see the scene where the guys were being chased earlier by the Germans who were filming them. There's a lot more to come from this movie as you know, so keep viewing!

Hey buddy, those "slav's" put up some interesting films in the early 70's and the scenes here are pretty good! I can't recall this one. However going tot he italian films, they removed several I put up over time. I just wish the Italians would get on track, and release some nice clear war films, in English. They could make some good money if they put them on region 1 and 2!

I think there's an English subbed or dubbed version of this somewhere Ken but I've not been able to get it. It's an epic mate, about 2hrs 45mins. Plenty of action and a good story, based on a real events too (enhanced no doubt by the communists). I've got more to come from it as there's so much in it. It's very good!

I cant seem to find it,, but it appears to be on dvd, but region unknown. ....Uzice Republic, also known as the "first offensive" is a story about Serbia in 1941 and monitors the emergence and decline of the Uzice Republic. A few months after the German Wehrmacht forced the Yugoslav Royal Army to capitulate in April War, Boro, a Spanish soldier and hardened Communist, is tasked to organize an uprising in western Serbia.

@@foreverblueclassics Hi Allan, well I found it, and embedded the subtitles accurate in English (already embedded inside the film file itself), and since it is a former Yugoslavian film, like Battle of Neretva I highly doubt its copyrighted, and it uploaded ok here no restrictions. I figure since I had Neretva up about 4 years now, this would make a good addition. I will forward it.

It's actually based on a real event - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Republic_of_U%C5%BEice I'm sure that given it was made in the communist era of Yugoslavia it was enhanced to some degree for action purposes. But the fact remains there was an uprising like this that succeeded for a little over two months (hence the alternate title '67 Days').

The action scenes are maybe a bit cheesy cus its 70s but the story is based on real events.
