back to this after a few years and honestly i am still so shocked how NOT RECOGNIZED this edit is like IT'S CRAZY because i saw this and RUN to read hawkeye and i've watched this edit so so so many times i know it by heart and it's my forever fav comics purely because of this montage. the music choice is so fitting, i listened to it so many times, there hasn't been a time when if i mentioned the hawkeye comic i didn't follow with this edit right after. So thank you for this tribiut and introducing me to the story and the character and just for making this beat to beat montage, great work!!!!

this is so fucking accurate to beiyuan's entire character arc lmao. "new man" part with wu xi, the pause after "me not calling you back", zzs as the best friend...there are so many things I love about this entire video. this song was made for jby. how this doesn't have more views idk. jby is my absolute favorite character in both tian ya ke and qi ye. I love this so much.

Oh this was absolutely lovely!! I was hoping there was a video edit of this song out there and was ecstatic to find one made of The Green Knight. You did a fantastic job combining the cinematography of the film with the ethereal quality of the music. The parallels that you drew and clever use of the provided scenes and lyrics made this such joy to watch (more than once I must admit)! 💕💕
