Took the cruise from Vancouver to LA back in September 2011. What a mistake that was. Its okay if you want to re-live the first part of the classic movie the Poseidon adventure. Boy that water is rough out there once you get past Victoria.

We recently took this ship from Vancouver to Alaska. We watched several videos some of which were confusing to be honest. The key is being dropped off in the correct area and following the signs and cruise personnel instructions. It was different than many ports, but not a problem. Plan on arriving closer to noon to avoid huge crowds when multiple ships are in port.

We had the advantage of walking to Canada Place and therefore avoiding the underground car park. We did this to avoid the queues for the elevator. So for us it was a simple walk through the process.

We try to preserve our traditional way of taking care elephants. This is the native Karen tribe way. The day trip activities is a routine to keep them healthy and happy. Kantun means the corner in dalmatian dialect, like a corner joint. As for ćevapi, you never eat it like a sandwich, you break the bread with your fingers and eat the meat with a toothpick, ajvar is pronounced ayvar, it is a traditiona condiment and can be eaten with cevapi, but the trad.cevapi is just with onion, but again not as a sandwich, it's a to go meal, but for eating it sitting sonewherw not on a walk.

Well worth visiting, friendly people and beautiful scenery. Food in the tourist area is a bit ‘samey’ with nearly all restaurants selling the same dishes.

I’m glad it helped you. Old town Albufeira is really nice. Quite a few steps to get to it, but taxis are cheap if you don’t fancy the exercise back up to the hotel

We going first time this may noted all these thank s so much we in our late 50s so looking forward to see Portugal . Are buses OK to travel out for day trip or boat., we like drinks out n live music but not clubbing ha ha .

Hi, on a previous visit we took a bus from the top of the old town (away from the beach) to Silves, it was about 30 min. It has a nice castle and some quaint shops. Despite having 3 children with us it was quite easy. A walk to the harbour, where I parasailed from, and you will find many boat trips and fishing trips. Many of the bars in the old town have live music or karaoke...I'll let you find your own style.

Hi, all the places shown are in the 'Old Town'. This is not to be confused with the livelier new area...The Old Town shopping/restaurant area is in a 'valley' with the majority of Hotels looking down into the Old Town. The only Hotel that I would stay in, if I thought 100 steps up and down was too much of a challenge would be the Hotel Sol e Mar. It is a 4 star, placed on the beach and is at one end of the pedestrian area (its above the tunnel, if you watched the Vid.)

parcocolosseo.it/en/visit/opening-times-and-tickets/ or www.coopculture.it/en/destinations/index.html for the coliseum. Vatican was via one of the many online sites..but if you are travelling out of high season I'm pretty certain you can walk straight in and buy your entrance ticket.

Looking at a few vids but can't find an easy answer, is this far from the marina? Walkable or an uber? Did Portimao - Albufeira - Vilamoura last month and doing the same again. The marina is OK, but a bit touristy so I'd like to try these.

Trying to find a store that sold one! Apple didn’t. Then realising it was faulty and was recording sound but not pictures… so half the day was missing

Hi, yes during the race their was, plus the big screens do a good job. Plus as the lap is so short you can feel what is happening by the crowd noises!
