Aww thank you so much Barbara...and yes I personally plan and assemble most of the journal before I bind the signatures including the embellishments so that I can add and take away pages to make the signatures balanced. Some prefer to do all their embellishing afterwards ..honestly it is really what works best for YOU...x

@@tinytreasuresjunkjournals2578 well your asmr is amazing but I like all the sounds. I’d keep it with your sounds! What are you making your videos in? It’s hard to use anything over a minute because of copyright. It does get tricky. There is some music you can find that’s longer but still would need to speed up the videos if you wanted it to match the music.

I watched a few videos on how to use the YT music but i can't figure out how to drag it to last the full video so I have to find a music clip the length of my video...lol..you are exactly right..I had to speed this video up to 1.5 to make the music fit!..😅 Oh well, I tried...maybe later somewhere down the road when I have more time to sit down and actually spend the hours learning. Thank you so much! I use many different glues depending on what i need to glue down. My go too staples are fabritac, art glitter glue, tacky glue, glue sticks, mod podge and PVA glue. I hope that helps...x

Thank you so much Sandra for your kind feedback and I can promise that you will never stop learning once you are hooked into it. I have been doing it full time for over 5 years and I am still learning. 😊To answer your question, it actually depends on the digitals and your printer. For the most part I print on 32lb premium white copy paper and photo matte presentation paper for the digitals. I will try a print on the premium copy paper first and if I don't feel it is doing the digital justice, I will try the the photo matte. Usually there is no difference whatsoever between the two for me. Your printer settings are also important as well, making sure you choose the highest quality print as your setting. . For all the coffee/tea/distress inks pages, I use anything and everything in my stash. I am a collector and a hoarder of paper...😂 I hope that helps. x

Aww, thank you so much! I really appreciate your feedback and you are so right!...lol...this was my 4th attempt to get this video done. Not nervous, just really frustrated...making the videos is my Achilles heel. 😊 I have a very old phone that does not have a pause so if I mess up I have start from the beginning all over again and I have no idea how to edit a video. I was trying to get through as quickly as possible as the first take was 45 minutes and most people have no time for that so I tried to pick up the pace. I was taking out all the ephemera so I could show what the journal looks like pared down and I FORGOT to show it....😂.. I only make these videos for the journals I sell on Esty. The rest I make are private for my custom orders so it is a lot easier for me knowing I am talking to my buyer one to one. I hope that better explains why you are so accurate in your assessment and feedback. Again, I really appreciate that you took the time to watch the video and leave a comment! x

What is a Nosferatu ?Now you are going to make me go google aren't you! 🤣 I am going to guess it is a vampire or gothic character....if you only knew how far out of my comfort zone this is...I have never been a horror, scary creatures, Halloween, gothic etc. fan but I finally broke down last year and forced myself to collect digitals and make some gothic journals...the theme is starting to grow on me but it certainly isn't my first choice. I do actually love how this one turned out though, but boy oh boy she was a Herculean effort!! 😊xx

It was definitely a mega project yes!... literally weeks to put it all together I put all my other projects aside because I wanted to keep my focus on finishing her! Thank you so much for the kind feedback ....She is totally adorable yes, and was the inspiration at the time I made this journal. I mapologige but unfortunately she is buried in my files and my memory is horrid at the best of times...lol.....I am pretty sure it is either MyPorchPrints or SweetPeaCuriosities but I have so many kits from both of those creators that it would take me a lot more time than I can spare to go through everything and find which kit she belongs to. If you to to their Etsy shops and browse their listings, I am sure you will find it.

Oh goodness nooooooo your journals are not boring, your style is just different is all!! I just subbed to your channel and I LOVE the vintage style that you do very much! If I had more vintage and antique books and paper I would be making some in your style as well! I appreciate your feedback and if I had the tine to sit down and learn how to edit and voice over videos, I would do it but I just don't have that in me. I am very tech challenged! I am extremely grateful that at least my journals hold the interest for some people that they tolerate my lack of video skills....😄

It is very time consuming to make these videos for me and it takes me literally sometimes an hour to go through all my files to recall where I purchased. and I am incredibly disorganized and forgetful at the best of times...lol...I have listed the main ones. I literally use as many as 10 to 20 different creators in a single journal but I hope this gives you a base start if you are making your own. 😊
