After a long search I didn’t found where I can get vinyl records with samples and acapellas to scratch. Can somebody help?

Excellent video! Really well explained. One thing you might consider is drawing out the notation in TTM style. D-Styles does this in his Beat Junkie Institute of Sound lessons and it really helps to tie things together.

Thanks for your comment! It would certainly be much easier to understand with sheet music! I will consider it.

Hello,got the same mixer can tou tell me how to take latency in serato down, or how to shut down the latency app which use a numark scratch,,
@cultrenge2 күн бұрын
Hello! Numark scratch is a great value mixer with serato and Inno fader in it. As for latency, it is set on the serato side. Please update serato to the latest version first. You can lower the latency by going to settings, selecting the audio tab, and then selecting USB buffer size.

@cultrenge when i want to change latency the numark scratch app popup and there is 16ms latency and i cant change it

My serato does not pop up the numark scratch app, but I don't know why.

So you did it, thank you very much 🙂 Recently I rewatched the only very short but at least comprehensible old video by dj Butung. I retried but in the end one comment cleared something in my mind: the whole thing is only a combibation of lazer and og flare. I master the og flare and thinking like that I had some sloppy results . the problem is lazer motion hand is very distracting for the fader hand...I suppose it's all about practice... btw thank You again for the accurate tutorial 👍 P.s. do you play also some instruments? just curious...
@cultrenge2 күн бұрын
I made a good tutorial video from your feedback. Thank you😄 I also watched dj Butung's video. It is a short video but easy to understand.Yes, basically, Tazer scratch technique is a combination of OG flares and Laser.Lazer is more difficult to control. My hometown has an old festival tradition and I learned a bit about the transverse flute and drums😄👍

please do the boomerang i got the record motion and the fader down but I can't get the timing correct
@ignitore2 күн бұрын
boomerang requires a lot of practice for timing but it's not so hard with the time (months... years?...) I have this problem with autobahn which is odd, and so hard to fit in the beats ... these should be interesting points for basic/intermediate videos...

Roger that!! I will also create videos for boomerang and autobahn.

Thank you. What I appreciated the most was hearing slowly the articulation of the click and tear landing at the same time. Something that has been absent from prism over the years. This has helped me clean them up 🤜💥🤛 There is almost no videos out there about Taser variations. - speeding up and slowing down with in the pattern - combos: adding baby’s, etc. *Basically taking it from just doing an OG flare Orbit to making more interesting patterns with the pull back. A tutorial on this I think would be very popular as it’s a technical scratch. Thank you

Thank you for your comment. I will put out a Tutorial video on Tazer in the next video. One of my previous short videos shows the combo of Prizm and Tazer. Please refer to it. kzbin.info2VHTRJxZRkA?si=Kb0MekGTK6pQs9rS I will introduce other Tazer combos in the near future. 🤜💥🤛

@cultrenge16 күн бұрын
I'm still practicing Baby scratch too, and I'm looking for new discoveries in Baby scratch through trial and error.
@JamBurglar16 күн бұрын
I think the key for this scratch is getting the tear movement (or the clicks if you have more trouble with those) down to muscle memory so that you can do the tears (or clicks) on autopilot while you focus on the other part of the scratch.
@cultrenge16 күн бұрын
Exactly, I think TEAR control is linked to the muscles. So it is correct that you have muscle soreness after practice.
