I am French... I didn't understand that from the ace we have to count 11 cards to get to the queen?? Who can help me? THANKS

The problem is , it’s not yours to expose or teach. As the copyright owner of the Jerry Mentzer material I oppose of this and ask that you remove it.

Hallo! 👍

It's an ok trick. I was impresed at first but while practicing I realized the main flaw: the magician at the beginning says he's gonna make a prediction, but never does he says out loud the prediction, nor does he write it down on a piece of paper. That would make the trick really impressive... Still it's an easy trick to learn and it fools lay audiences

The first time I visited Jerry Mentzer at his home in South Carolina...the 4-Way Coincidence was the first trick he showed me and I have performed it, perhaps a thousand times since then. It ALWAYS gets a great response!

Having a "vocal" musical backdrop interferes with your 'vocal' explanation & this does not favour the *tutorial* format. Difficult to follow because of some girl singing over you

The one eyed jack. Grossartig. A bottom deal, profan?....nein grösste Klasse.

Ja was benutze ich dann.

This is a great effect, like most triumph effects. What I don't understand; why is the selected card controlled third from the top? The two additional cards are not needed, they have no function. Simply control the choosen card to the top, zarrow shuffle under the chosen card. The rest goes as explained, but you save yourself the gap under the two (useless) cards. That's it. Did I overseen something?

I think this is Jon Allen's creation called double back. His take on Dr Jacob dalleys "last trick" that he has published for sale by him. I'm not to sure this trick is anyone's to give away/teach/give a tutorial on a public forum without permission. It's directly taking away potential magicians who may be interested in purchasing it from a source/dealer that has permission to do so. Making sure Jon Allen gets compensated for his hard work and time. For putting this great routine together and making it available for magicians to add to their repertoire. It's not very ethical to deprive the creator of that right. Had he not published it for purchase. You wouldn't have this wonderful routine to perform...to give it away like that might be something you want to reconsider in the future. When magicians don't get paid/compensated for their hard work. It discourages these talented people from making these wonderful, well thought out, gems available. Just remember, he put in the work to create this. Performed it thousands of times to work out all the fine details. Solving all the problems issues along the way...making it a seem less piece of magic...and for $20? We a magician can purchase this...and by pass all that work and start performing the end result right away. Which makes their spectators happy, amazed and entertained. And if you or any of the people or magicians do paid live shows. They are potentially making money from this effect. Without purchasing it and compensating the creator properly. $15....maybe $20 for this type of effect. Is nothing compared to the reactions one will receive and compensation from live performances as well.....anyway, I'm sorry if I'm ranting or coming off like I'm upset. It's just that this trick and others out there are not ours to reveal, teach and give away. The proper thing to do is either ask permission from jon Allen to let you teach this trick/give a tutorial and post it on a widely public forum. Or.... perform it only. Give a review of how it works. Like "this trick is intermediate, it requires a few sleights that most magicians should already know. It does require a gimicked card which is provided in the packaging. The trick is taught very well and through on the video or in the instructions"...etc....then tell everyone where they can purchase the trick and leave a link....anyway, sorry about the long paragraph....I've met jon several times and had the privilege to have some very informative sessions at a few conventions. His other work. Not just this....is incredible. So many magicians incorporate his material in their professional performances. So he is contributing to a lot of performers earning a living by providing these strong... commercial effects for them. So he absolutely deserves to be compensated....it's only the right thing to do.

I like it, but it's not a shuffled deck. The spectator never gets to touch the cards. So to me, that's not a shuffled deck. You have some incredible, possibly plagiarizing, tutorials on your channel. For me? This is meh, at best. Sorry.

@@UnbiasedMagicReviews I'm guessing that you don't know what plagiarizing means then? If you don't know what a word means before replying, try googling it. It will help to stop you looking like a bit of a buffoon.

you could just give a little bow/crimp on the 4th ace, then, you wouldn't have to let the card face up
@NoFirstRule2 жыл бұрын
Yes that is correct, but then you will face the problem of how to turn over the last ace whilst having 3 indifferent cards still in your hands. Try it and you will see what I mean.
