In my search for an eight card "Oil and Water" routine I first went to "Penguin Magic" and they did not have it in stock. But they did direct a search for one of their partner magicians who did have an eight card routine of the trick for sell. I never got the one he was selling. But I did find a tutorial of the effect with eight cards by "Card Tricks + Cardistry." It is the same that you teaches and is one that I do. Before I learned two other methods. One by Mark Wilson, using six cards and one tutorial by Andy Field using nine cards. I perform one of all of the versions when I do the effect. Check out "Card Tricks + Cardistry" tutorial. It is good. Also "Andy Field's" version. Thanks for sharing. It is very useful. I picked up some alternative handling.

This is a great trick! One comment though, at 2:05 (approximately), you flashed the face up black card. Still an amazing trick though.

dante minutillo Good catch! Yes you are right, I also have noticed it before uploading, but I was too lazy to record it again.

at 2:07 you can see you add the black card under the red, its really open. I'm not trying to reveal, I'm just telling you so you might want to re look at it :)

Yes, I know, that I am flashing. Maybe I should flash more often, so that users are commenting more.

I prefer the handling of Denis Behr a lot better. Although I am a big fan of Helder as well.
