I know exactly what you mean brother👍. I hope ya video & upload it to KZbin id like to see how that new MK5 build goes. That’s my retirement year as well. I used a central pneumatic 165psi 2 stage, 29 gallon compressor from Harbor freight & it worked fine, it’s a small car so I dint run out of air we just went slow. They don’t sell that one anymore now the closest I seen to my compressor that they carry now is by McGraw. Thanks for watching I’m still upgrading the Cobra more to come I’m currently installing the Gas-N- pipes & headers.

WORST SHIP EVER...
@dansgarage20109 күн бұрын
@@jaydefuca4153 I’ve heard others say the same thing, this was our first time so seemed ok to us. What happened to you?
@jaydefuca41539 күн бұрын
Please don't get me wrong , I do respect your opinion. I simply shared mine. As of your question: Very LOW quality crew, not warm at all most of them. Very difficult to access the Front Desk (no direct access with an elevator from bow or stern cabins since you had to take the stairs from the 4th floor...). POOR buffet, repetitive, cheap (bacon every other day and they served you very small portions of it), long waiting lines, fountains not working. Outside the ship was full of rusty points, meaning Captain and Company didn't care for its look. BORING and POOR content shows of repetitive content, with the same cast of actors/singers (10 people all in all) and a cruise director that had no real flair or anything to add. Not too many places to have fun or pass your time, small pools, very few and repetitive activities. With the cruise I had 3 months ago on board of this ship, I decided never again to go with Carnival. I repeat though: I do respect your opinion; I honestly do, Sir.
@dansgarage20109 күн бұрын
@ man, I did notice some of those you mentioned we’re planning another cruise next year maybe we should try others to see. BTW your dead right about the bacon. It’s all good I appreciate your comment. What line you looking at trying next time?
@jaydefuca41539 күн бұрын
It is hard to say because I go by the itinerary and the price, but for sure it is not going to be Carnival or NCL again. I will try Celebrity or Holland America (haven't been with them the last 4 years). To my experience cruise as a product is under constant change and some companies adapt, some go the extra mile, some just try to use their popularity to stay afloat and some try to always improve. Sometimes small details from ship to ship and the way those in high ranking positions on each ship (Captain, Hotel Manager, Cruise Director) are the 2 factors that can make the difference, @@dansgarage2010

Well Dan, you’ve had some lovely drives and some fun on the race track with your awesome Cobra. So I have ask the question, what is it like to drive a Cobra and does it meet your expectations?
@dansgarage201013 күн бұрын
@@ciaranlowe5547 well I guess one word that would sum it all up my friend would be simply FUN. From the major amount of attention from men, women & children. It always draws a crowd no matter where we go. Always have pictures & videos taken while driving or parked. It’s got a ton of power when ya want it & it constantly reminds you how powerful she is even at idle. I built this car with the idea I was going to baby her but I’m going to play with her. So ya she exceeded my expectations & the heater I put in is really not needed the engine heat will keep ya warm. The Bluetooth stereo comes in handy. People said I wouldn’t hear it. Ya it sounds great, kinda like a boat stereo sound but it’s really cool to blast some AC-DC while rolling.

I've been following a few builds, some OEM FI, Holley Sniper, carbureted... I want a bit of a lumpy idle but streetable, not worried about horsepower, any will be enough. I took a stab at the Holley Pro-jection back in the 90's and failed miserably. It was an open loop system, and I could not get it to idle well, or get off the line. After a year of messing, I threw a trusty Holley 4bbl on it and never looked back. Gleaning all i can from guys like you in these builds, keep up the great work!

Their customer service is second to none. They would not let me go till we figured my issue out, they were relentless.
