0:20 end of green onions don't look good, instead of the Trash Can the expired end pieces were included in your dish. 0:39 the white label was still present, you used the cilantros without washing. Without using any gloves the viewer will ask themselves, "Messy job, who knows how dirty her hands are after... who knows what." And you're an attractive female, how can you not notice these things?

Hi there. What type of pumpkin did you use for this? Normal carving/jack o lantern pumpkin from Costco or sugar pumpkin from a grocery store? I was looking up the difference and many people say carving pumpkins tastes like cardboard/styrofoam while sugar pumpkins are better tasting. Thinking about making this for thanksgiving-- thanks
