Very Easy Quinoa Salad | 5 Minute Quinoa Salad | Eats With Gasia

In this video I made a Very Easy Quinoa Salad! This salad is loaded with veggies, quinoa and a delicious dressing. Prep the quinoa, and the rest will take you only 5 minutes! Be sure to give this one a try! :)
What you'll need:
1 cup quinoa
2 cups water
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
1 batch cilantro
1 bell pepper
1 cup corn
1 yellow onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 lemon
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper
