Hello. Will you please tell us what bait you are using and what kind of rig/set up you are using? Is it a single hook---what size--and some kind of weight or something else--maybe a detailed description of your rig..thank you....
@LivingAloha8083 күн бұрын
Mahalo. Bait is Ika (cuttlefish). 3/4 oz egg lead with 6 ft leader. #10 hook.

Happy Thanksgiving! Looks like a good place to fish in Milolii. Do you need permission from the people living there? Didn't you folks move from there? 🦃🐟🐠
@LivingAloha8083 күн бұрын
Mahalo. No need permission. Still have land there.

We have so many of these in San Diego. They are way more plentiful there because not that many people know how good they taste.

It would be great if you could voice over the names (Hawaiian and Common English names), of the fish as the swim by. - I always like to learn :-) -- Thank You for Your Spearfishing Videos! I enjoy them.

since you shared with us, please let me share with you: in my family, we were not allowed to use sharp knife on the rocks to pick opihi just in case we get hurt and the butter knife work just as good anyway. or putty knife can too. Just gotta' be fast.

Mahalo. We agree. Much safer.

Thank you braddah for being a great example on how we take care of our communal resource crops. I used this video in my report about 'wild' crop management and its mutually beneficial impact on genetic evolution of the crop over time cuz we work smart not hard like one hard head.
