I've had a torticollis for over a month that has evolved to the traps, shoulder and thumb area. I get a reflecting pain coming from the shoulder area to the tricep, forearm and the tingling on my left thumb (always there can't quite feel it). I've had 4 massages and although it helped with the pain it eventually comes back in the same area in two or 3 days. Other than that I have also been doing Voltaren and hot water 2hrs a day before sleeping and when I wake up the pain is much less intense, but the tingling remains. I am considering doing accupunture as I'm not sure what to do next. Any suggestions?
@4dochockey7 Жыл бұрын
acupuncture great for nerve. check rib joints. If you put pressure on rob joint for sustained amount of time often reproduces symptoms. if so soft tissue work and rib adjustments will help

@4dochockey72 жыл бұрын
Shoes need to have an insole you can remove. Running shoes are the easiest, there are special orthotics made for dress shoes and such. Sometimes people can get shoes made with the custom orthotic built in. sorry to hear about all the misfortune with your orthotics

@4dochockey73 жыл бұрын
yes it can. However, it does take longer as it is a nerve problem and may need some hands on manual nerve release treatment as well. It all depends on diagnosis and relatie sites of nerve entrapment, so we encourage you to contact your healthcare practitioner. thank you for the question

The other movements I found on KZbin focus on stretching but your way to shorten the nerve first was a surprisingly comfortable position to hold before the stretch. Great advice and clip

It`s been 10 years ever since I suffered from plantar fasciitis. I felt hopeless about curing my disorder. I was in fact wrong about that since I discovered and tried out this plantar fasciitis remedy 3 weeks ago. The soreness is now entirely gone. I am still in disbelief. I’m also pleased for the fact that I was able to cut back more than 100usd on acupuncture. You can find this guide on Google. They call it Jacob Ballοycut Good luck

One thing I do stress with my clients is that they know how to do the exercises so they can do it on their own at anytime in any place even when you don't have internet. This will also help your mind for memory as you are not relying on the video or something you wrote down and you can concentrate on the movement like where your body is in space.
