I'd sear the shrimp first. Literally 20-30 seconds per side with just EVOO on medium-high heat. Gotta be fast, and then remove and set aside (do not cover on plate). Then make your sauce in this order: EVOO first, get it up to temp on med-high heat. Then add base ingredients for flavor, i.e. chilli flakes, oregano, thyme, whatever you want (don't add garlic yet!). Then add your butter (plenty of butter) and give that time to melt but don't let it break. Once melted, add in your fresh garlic (lots of it) and let that sizzle for 40-60 seconds (don't burn it) stirring everything. Last, toss your seared shrimp in and stir/mix like crazy for 40-60 seconds (all depends on size of shrimp) and then remove from heat.. continue mixing. Serve alone (as shown) or on top of choice of pasta. Use remaining sauce to pour over pasta. Edit: If you like SPICY then they sell chilli oil, which is basically EVOO infused with chilli peppers. It's hot stuff lol. You can sear your shrimp in a 50/50 mix of that wirh regular EVOO, or JUST the chilli oil if you're bold enough lol. You may not even need to add extra chilli flakes if you do that lol.

This “trattoria” of Piazza Rosa has become the “birthplace of fettuccine all’Alfredo”. More specifically, as is well known to many people who love the “fettuccine all’Alfredo", this famous dish in the world was invented by Alfredo Di Lelio concerned about the lack of appetite of his wife Ines, who was pregnant with my father Armando (born February 26, 1908). Alfredo Di Lelio opened his restaurant “Alfredo” in 1914 in Rome and in 1943, during the war, he sold the restaurant to others outside his family. In 1948 Alfredo Di Lelio decided to reopen with his son Armando his restaurant in Piazza Augusto Imperatore n.30 "Il Vero Alfredo" (“Alfredo di Roma”), whose fame in the world has been strengthened by his nephew Alfredo and that now managed by me, with the famous “gold cutlery” (fork and spoon gold) donated in 1927 by two well-known American actors Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks (in gratitude for the hospitality).
