I don't like Kiriko's gold weapon, the Kunai are practically not visible at all, and the golden weapons are almost like status. So to not have it visible is sad.

The ball shouldn't be entirely golden but it should at least have some golden accents. It is Hammond's weapon after all.

Funny thing is that it’s possible to give Doomfist back his rising uppercut. Just put it on the jump button but only have available to use once your crouched. Doing it like that will keep the whole arcade fighter motif.

if you have any intention of going from OW to DL do not watch this video. I promise it is not accurate nor an easy transition. Watch some videos on the basics of a moba, this game is very easy to learn. This video just sucks. I think even OW players used to the hero shooter gameloop can learn and adjust to this game. Its a lot of fun and worth a shot but do not use this video as a guide on who to play/

Most of these comparisons don't make sense so I'd like to share mine Bebop is not like Hog at all. Hog's playstyle is more about tanking and Bebop's playstyle is more about landing those bombs. Lash is Ball and Doom with their playstyles being, get in, do combos, get out. McGinnis is also not like Torb at all. McGinnis is more like Bastion with their tank(and tower) shredding gun. Vindicta is not like Widow at all. Widow's sniper and Vindicta's sniper is completely different. Vindicta's sniper is closer to Sojourn's railgun, finishing low hp targets from range. However, we shouldn't even be making these comparisons at all because both games are completely different genre.

The OW comparisons are a bit frustrating because all of these characters are archetypes that existed in other places, specifically other games they own like dota. Bebop plays nothing like roadhog and the nature of the game means abrams plays nothing like rein. I never quite understand people who think everything with a shotgun is reaper like you guys know video games existed long before OW and everything in OW is honestly pretty damn unoriginal right? Most of deadlock abilities are straight 1:1 taken from dota from vindicta's sniper ultimate to dynamo's black hole or lash's big tether ultimate. I think whatever blizzard inspiration might be there is probably just a side effect of warcraft 3 days and has nothing to do with OW at this point.

@@niersu yeah even then I feel like he plays kinda different. Especially when he hooks and has to 180 to face behind himself to knock enemies the way he wants feels more like OW on release or makoa from paladins hook.... and the whole upper cut, his laser gun, the bomb and hyperbeam feel nothing like any of those characters. Mo and Krill feel more effectively like pudge without the hook.

Most of these comparisons don't work because most Deadlock characters are modified ports of Dota 2 characters. Pocket is Puck. Gheist is Pugna and Terrorblade. Haze is Phantom Assassin. Dynamo is Enigma. Etc. There's some Overwatch influence like Kelvin and Mei but 90% of Deadlock is just Dota 2.
