Please disclose the actual yearly cost of owning this vessel. Most people do not understand the expense of owning a boat this old and will be shocked at the overall cost. Please people, do not buy a boat unless you know all the costs involved. Purchase price is a minor factor, expect over 3k a month beyond the boat cost at a minimum.

Beautiful vessel but very unprofessional job throughout the presentation. Continuous stepping over each other while speaking, no one took charge throughout the presentation and they kept interrupting each other, the reason i left at 14 mins.. Camera presence is very important editors and these 2 did a horrible job. Do better

Agree with DIYDaveT, My 44 sport fisher, paid for, runs me on for both fixed and variable costs around 3k a month. Do not be blind listening to these videos, expect an additional 1k a month for parts breaking or needing replacement. That is the bare minimum, granted I live in Long Beach, CA, but feel a monthly budget of 3k is a minimum. Now price in new electronics, replace a dingy, new anchoring windlass, rode and anchor. The list goes on, have owned boats for 30 plus years and hate seeing this type of video. Would love to see a reply from NautiStyles what the current owner pays monthly to keep this boat. My slip fees alone are $1400 a month, these are real numbers, not trying to be negative, larger boats are expensive to own. Purchase price is a minor factor when you consider the actual cost of owning a boat of this size. Bad info, this is not a replacement for buying house, boats depreciate, a home/condo is much better investment. Love my boat, but it is a money pit that my friends are floored when told I need a new windlass $2.5k, new canvas 8k, new batteries 3K, looking to update my 15 year old electronics 7-10k, list goes on and please do your homework.

Love all these boats but if they were mine there would not be 1 brainwash machine on board.

I'm surprised with haves, must haves ,all the features you could have but some builders just can't do. I just expected some very unique yacht for living from seeing so many. By the way I once heard from an appliance repair person that the frezzer controls your fridge. Air flow cold sucks down & how you pack but don't over pack makes a hugh difference. Perhaps research but by now its new so future knwhow. Keep being fun thats what sells you guys!

engine controls, sync so rpm port, stbd match each other automatically, and low RPM is to help maneuvering around docking procedures, but prolong low rpm can end up over heating engine with reduced raw water flow.
