Congrats, Mark! I met you this past season at Bass Pro Mass Cruisers Cruise Nights on a Thursday. I was one of those, “Hey, Mark!” guys. Lol I hope to bring my 2018 Hot Wheels 50th Anniversary Edition Camaro SS to a show, and maybe you’ll shoot it. See you this next season. I’ll keep watching your videos. 👍🏻

@@Letsgocarcruising I lived in Stoughton and I was about 20 minutes from Gillette stadium where they have the biggest cruise nights on the East Coast roughly 1500-3000 cars !

In the 50th Zagato built two Spider on the chassis of the 1900. One is in one hand since nearly 50 years the second disappeared completely. Three recreations are known of which I own one. In fact it seems the only one wich is religable and regularly driven (kzbin.info/www/bejne/kGOYppKVarukpLMsi=vpl3UeMgiLO7iQUW) after we restaurated the complete technique of the vehicle. The paint was not touched so it has a very charming patina. The second of this kind is offered in Belgium as a restaurations object for 195.000,- The third one known is in Germany, concour condition but with technical problems and was sold for 295.000,- about five years ago.

Great job again, Mark ! I'm curious; with all the interviews, editing, and whatever else goes into producing these videos, are you still able to enjoy the cruise nights and car shows you attend, or do you find there's little time for you to admire the cars while you're there ?

@@immike1945 thanks for watching, and great question. I think that recording at shows forces me to look more closely at cars to find interesting interviews. One down side is that I don’t spend as much time sitting around with friends I may have gone to the show with. Now we just have a bite to eat when we get there and I’m off on my way. Another thing I need to work on is talking too much after the interview which can use up time better spent finding the next car. But car guys like to talk, so…

I enjoyed this video. I understand how doing this leads to some incredible situations. In 2023 I found a rusty VeloSolex moped that hadn't run in 45 years while clearing out my father inlaw's garage. I contacted a KZbinr Darren of MUSTIE1 channel (who is a mechanical wizard) from NH that I follow about possibly donating it to him as a project. He was coming through my area (I live in central CT) to go to a swap meet, so we met at a commuter lot on RT84. He filmed an into with me about the story of the moped. With him was another KZbinr Jason of 5150MXVW channel (which I follow) who goes out and saves really rusty VWs who also lives in CT. So a few months later up pops a video of the VeloSolex and and of course Darren got it running. He followed up with a 2nd video months later where he rode the moped. The first video has 525k views and the 2nd has 192k. I watched a channel recently SPIKE'S CAR RADIO where Spike Feresten who was a writer on the Seinfeld show interviews well known car guys like Seinfeld and Leno. On the Seinfeld interview he asked Jerry what he watches on KZbin and Jerry says he found this channel where this guy finds old VWs half rusted in the ground and pulls them out and saves them. I was surprised that happened to be Jason of 5150MXVWs channel! So Mark you never know where your channel may lead or who may watch it. It's great to see there are enough people with not only the desire, but the budget as well to sustain a steady flow of these high end builds. The average person with a passing interest in cars probably has no idea what it takes to build cars like this shop is putting out. It's a boon for the shop, too, as quality work is like a magnet for clients seeking perfection.
