For sure, I’d much rather NOT have that design, Mario kart 8 had a pretty top tier design IMO. The bike suits for the ladies, DK looked good, and my fav Funky Kong looked awesome.

My fav is always DK or other Kongs, and I don’t hate the new design… but I prefer the previous versions.

IMO Destiny lost its magic for many reasons, Greed is a huge one, the eververse was like the top of the slippery slope. I will say the more they pulled away from PvP the more Destiny universally got worse. D1 had bad periods of PvP, and D2 nearly died on arrival because PvP was so bad. PvE is in a generally good place atm, but it’s not good enough to keep old players engaged. But there are so many issues with Destiny.

@ I just don’t agree that PvP plays much of a role. D2 launch was ok, but died because static rolled weapons have no place in a looter shooter (unless they are rewards from “aspirational “ content). People stopped playing because there was nothing to play for. Admittedly, the 2 primary system was also excessively boring in PvE. Killing raid bosses with autorifles just wasn’t fun. Yes, the Mida meta was annoying, but it certainly didn’t cause the decline. To be honest, they could have removed PvP all together and the game would’ve been largely unaffected outside of content creator induced rage. The vast majority of players didn’t and still don’t play PvP. I won’t catch any love for saying that, but it’s been true since D1 launch.

@@bradfortner8921everything I did in destiny PVE was to get gear for Destiny PVP. Raids, everything. For me it was all about the PVP. We had a huge clan and it was mostly like that. There is always PVE fanatics but unless a raid was new what did you see on twitch. PvP. People enjoyed it.

@ It was far and away the least populated playlist. There were more people on patrol than PvP. I’ve looked these numbers up dozens of times.

I think a lot of the conversation is going to be vibe checks, but the more PvP has suffered the more the rest of the game suffers. Destiny needs both PvP and pve. And Destiny use to have the perfect balance, but as PvP was all but abandoned the game has been in a slow spiral since.

That’s the fun of a game like this is using busted specials. There was a point where the only real problems were mountain top being OP, and then shatter dive. If we reverted all the way back to balancing like that it would be great again. Apeing with a shotgun, is like the test of health for a PvP game. The less there are, the worse the PvP game is doing.

Right, shoulder charge not being a 1 hit by default is a good sign of how messed up things are.

No we don't need Destiny 3, Destiny 2 is the reason why It's in the position it is in, everything that is in Destiny 2 should of been put in Destiny 1 and what would ever be Destiny 3 into Destiny 1, not only that all the money players put into the game for cosmetics probably would never go to Destiny 3!! They need to revamp Destiny 1!!

Kelgorath hits a little harder then other glaives, so that + a melee dmg buff = 2 hit melee on 9 Res or below. Sometimes on 10 Res if the dmg buff is high enough

Its so funny, I've been using this build for a while before Aztec posted a video. My Enigma has 12k kills on it, I use to Loreley + Glaive... it was so good

Back before their SUPER NERF they were way better. 75% DR shield was real good. It honestly wasn't OP IMO. What it did was force shotgun apes to not push in. I had a ton of videos on the Lorely Glaive build, those 2 combined was great. Stasis and then strand were hard counters though. I really miss how good that shit was.

Yes. And with prismatic having strand melee, that or a grapple will instantly give you enough armor charges to wipe a team off one hit.

I like to take advantage of people doing that, soooo many people panic melee when you're close, or they shoot twice with a hand cannon, then try to finish with a melee... i win those always lol

It does work, it can build armor charges, but it wont proc another AC/DC to do its damage, I have a video from a few days ago showing what happens xD
