Players had this idea when Curse of Osiris originally launched. If they haven't done it yet, then they're never doing it. That said, i can attest to how good it feels to experience an expanding map with lots of places to visit, with procedurally generated maps or endless mission objectives. It's a shame Bungie doesn't do these things, but...even bigger shame that they likely never will.

No we don't need Destiny 3, Destiny 2 is the reason why It's in the position it is in, everything that is in Destiny 2 should of been put in Destiny 1 and what would ever be Destiny 3 into Destiny 1, not only that all the money players put into the game for cosmetics probably would never go to Destiny 3!! They need to revamp Destiny 1!!
