I think what he's trying to say is its just raised revs, no valves in the exhaust.

I think it's hard to nail down where exactly the noises on this bike come from. I don't think the battery makes much noise, stones hitting the motor guard and the down tube battery protector seem to be the biggest noise generators for me. I can't say I can hear the battery itself rattling around too much. Using a sound deadening foam around the battery can help.

The hoses will need to be removed from the levers and be fed out through the old headset.

Quality seems to be good of the frame itself. The battery cover isn't the greatest fit though. It's not sealed perfectly with the frame and after a wet ride the battery can have water and dirt on it.

I did and the medium was too short for the reach. I prefer a longer bike, it feels much more stable at high speed that way.

It's a carbon front triangle and an alu rear. It's about 24kg

This is my father's bike, I have the SL version which I have a separate video on. Its our first e bikes but we've been riding and racing MTB for over a decade now. Less free time for training and riding and age has pushed us towards e bikes. We're absolutely loving them.

As you pedal its adds power to you via the motor which drives the chainring.

@@GeertSamuel there is a company in the UK making aluminium guards which wrap around the motor. My only worry is the mounting points are carbon fibre, cube I would imagine not designed the frame to take impacts on where the guard is mounted. Thus causing frame damage. I've been messaged by another person also having issues. Not just me.

@@GeertSamuel problem I had, I ripped the guard clean off the bike. It's held in place with one small bolt would you believe. Putting something around it for me would not help. I will just have to watch it, not ride as hard as I ride my YT Capra.

No they are definitely not bigger than average. Biggest bike I've ridden was a Large Capra. If you're looking for a "modern" geometry, long low and slack bike you might have to look elsewhere to get one to suit your height.

I'd heard a lot of reviews talking about it, the bike isn't silent but I honestly can't hear the knocking they're talking about. Once you're riding fast downhill you're more focused on the trail than little noise anyway.

It was £4200 and im very happy with it , feels great to ride and it has taken an absolute beating and has not faulted once great bike couldn't recommend more 👍 a friend bought the race 140 version for £3700 and I've gotta say spec wise is really good and its taken a hammering too

What the range like on it before its completely flat?
