Yes, stock back box and just the single resonator deleted with a straight pipe. The Cupra 280 has 2 resonators so you would need to bypass both to get this same sound.

There is more drone than stock obviously but its not that bad. I'd hardly notice it now.

Custom made by a local exhaust shop. The vagsport ones are a rip off, any decent garage will make one up to fit cheaper. Mine cost €125 to be made and fitted, cheaper than the vagsport kit by itself.

There's absolutely no difference between the idle noise in cupra and in comfort. The only reason cupra mode sounds louder is because it puts your gearbox into sport mode which slightly raises your idle revs.

I think what he's trying to say is its just raised revs, no valves in the exhaust.

No, 6 speed dsg. The gearbox won't affect idle and rev sounds.
