Anybody else cringing every time that goes over the mouth without a throat pack?

For retentive prep designs with zirconia, I simply lute them using Rely X Unicem. Meaning I don't pre-treat the tooth or the intaglio. When you have parallel walls that are 3mm tall or more, you don't need more retention than that. But for non-retentive preparations, I will air abrade the intaglio of the zirconia, use Monobond or another MDP primer, etch the tooth, bonding agent on the tooth, and then use the best resin cement I have, whether that be Unicem, Universal or Rely X ultimate (or Nexus 3, Panavia, Multilink Automix, any quality resin cement will work).

So I had one put in it was painful and tight lot of pressure. He then decided to remove the crown witch was stuck felt like I was having a tooth pulled said it needs ground down after 4 times he broke my implant loss .now I have to wait 3 months for my new implant to heal

Never ever put two implants with attached tooth like a bridge the 3rd tooth has no support so with time it will put pressure and weight on the other implants it will break or will make the implant loose with time you should’ve add the 3rd implant period or just tell her I’m sorry I can’t do this job come on

Do you recommend any tips for cleaning the tooth prior to cementation? Clean with chlorhex? Just rinse thoroughly with water and dry? (Without desiccation) Any tips?

why not place 2 implants end to end? that is more stable and pontic on the end will not suffer or crack with biting pressure.

I think this might be happening to me after just 2 yrs.

I got my locators 2 yrs ago for my lower denture. I have the same ones in your video. I started with the blue caps but they wear down quite fast for me. Mine seem to be lasting me about only 3-4 months.
