Sir, I scanned a denture but the final stage is always " failed processing". the data is trapped in the system but I cannot convert it to stl file. Do you have suggestions for that?

Sorry, what do you mean by this: you do not have to reboot it, so you unplug it, and the battery power of the laptop keeps it going, but we also have a battery supply plugged in? Didn't quite get it. Thanks.
