Doing my own challenge in BL3. It's pretty fun too. You can only use golden chest equipment. But you can only open the golden chest once everytime you level. Also use diamond keys 1 time every 10 levels. It's fun and a lot harder than I expected. That'd be fun to watch🤷

Obviously you CAN. It just would make the game really tedious and boring lol. People have beat the game with NO gun. I think I saw a run on KZbin where someone used the starter pistol. I actually don't even think it would be very hard with gambled weapons because at least they are leveled to the player. That matters a lot in BL2 because at some point it becomes better to pick up the appropriately leveled common gun over using the legendary you got 20+ levels ago.

i beat the Pre-Sequel! 18 times back-to-back (playthrough with every character to max level) and it was more fun than playing Borderlands 3 with the dialogue turned on.
