I think you put too much coconut milk. Your sauce its too thick. Add water to make the sauce fluid & still taste good. I made the same mistake last Sunday. I added 1/4 water to loosen the thickness of the sauce, and it worked. The sauce is fluid together with the chicken meat and potatoes and cut up carrots.
