Great discussion. Please keep uploading more videos like this. It's really interesting to compare different point of views across the field (not just regarding the line of reasearch but also the regional/institutional influence). I agree a lot with Professor Sent's comment on economic expertise.

Some of the rich are more selfish as they believe other people owe them their time. So the lesson is to respect yourself, say no and work on what you need to do.

The time is ripe that we revisit economic paradigms, scientifically as Tinbergen did, keeping in mind the failure of our present economic policies inability to explain global phenomena in the post pendamic and ecological crisis.

This is very simply put, but if you love numbers and math Accountancy will suit you. If you both like numbers combined with more creative thinking on how to infuence the market the other choise may be more interesting.

Erasmus was a English bible translator in the 16th century. A good bill for Congress is to award all employees, employers, self employed, government employees and military personnel $50,000 in a lump sum after 60 months on the job, regardless of number of employers worked for. This is a Grant from Uncle Sam, not a loan. Another bill for Congress is to pass a law limiting total taxation of federal, state, and local taxes combined of no more than 10% combined total, excluding social security which will remain at 6.2% and 1.45% Medicaid. Also a bill mandating U.S Banks to pay their depositers at least 85% of all interest collected, because it was the depositers money that was loaned out to begin with.
