If you can catch some larger ones. They are fantastic eating. They also breed like crazy so theres no issues in taking them to eat.

Looks like the salmon i caught. There's no pink. Just all silver fish.

My buddy another youtuber and I caught 2 each the other day from the bank. Can't wait to go back when the weather is in the 80's. should be 50+ spotted bass when the weather acts right.

Oh yeah, the other day I had a 50+ day. It was crazy. For an hour to two it was just about a fish on every cast

@@stephenbeth6843 it used to be my favorite pond. It dried out a couple years ago or so. There’s no bass, no big fish anymore, but it’s nice to see that smaller fish have made their way in

That’s a warmouth it is a hybrid between a largemouth and a smallmouth!

@@Primal_PursuitHunting I’ve fished Shasta my whole life. But everytime I go to Siskiyou it’s always nice. Maybe I get lucky, but I catch a lot of fish at both places. I’m hoping to head up to siskiyou and do some bass fishing sometime.

@@graceifishing same here, I live right by Shasta so I’m usually out on the water there, but when I get a chance I try Trinity, caught an 11 pound bass on trinity lake before.

Smallmouth can very in pattern in color quite a bit depending on the time of year and where you are located.

Nope. Planter rainbow no cuts in Shasta. Fished there last week and got 6 browns over 5lbs and a few bows over 4 lake is fishing great right now

@@JTFishin dangg that’s great! I haven’t caught a brown in Shasta in a couple years. Some of those planters are so silver I almost mistake them for salmon haha.
