Hi Steve & Dave, both have worked in Sg for a number of years. Would u all consider coming back to Sg to work and subsequently apply for PR?

The more common char siew in Singapore is lean and red (dyed). Hence I will always prefer dark coloured char siew. As for half fatty/lean, there are many stalls selling this version around Singapore. You have to ask for them. Fried fish balls you can find usually from yong tau fu stalls. Boiled ones are usually bouncy/QQ/soft not tough wor. Beef brisket typically find them where they will sell beef noodles generally. Quite common ah.
HDB in singapore very safe n also with camera . Unlike Hk. 😅Blessing 🙏. Only Those stay at private condominium have security guard. 😄

The analysis made is quite superficial. Need to define what do you mean by influx of the rich into Singapore? These rich men are PR...i suppose as opposed to foreign expats who are residents but not PR. Today PR is only about 500k in Singapore. Every person, that is granted to become PR or Citizen of Singapore, they are seriously and adequately assessed by 5:46 SINGAPORE government based on our strict requirements. Not all rich ones are granted PR. It is based upon what economic values they can bring with their investment and their skills in building a better tomorrow for Singapore. Please understand at least 80% of Singaporeans own and live in our big hdb flats provided by government with 90% ownership. The rest are in private apartments and houses. So with the influx of these so called rich, these PR are only 500k out of 3 millions local Singaporeans, which is 16%. PR are not granted to buy HDB directly from goverment. Though minor portion can drive resale HDB prices. While the rich will invest in the private ccondo n houses prices. There the increases in the prices are mainly for the private property. Majority of Singapore are in the middle class. The gap of proverty and the rich, not among Singaporeans. The rich may get richer. But the lower level incomes of local Singaporeans, are still well taken care of! Their livelihood would not be jeopardised neither is their quality of life, living in a comfortably in HDB!

Many Hong Kong residents lack a sense of security, believing that money can guarantee their future livelihood. However, this is not the case in reality.
