id love to see a video of your 317 converted to m20. I have that same project ahead of me. how and where did you get remote oil filter parts?
@crappyclassicsАй бұрын
the remote oil filter was interesting... and cost about 150 bucks. its actually a system from a cub cadet from the same era as the 317. my advice would be eBay for that. I had a hydraulic shop make me some new oil lines too. remember the kt17's electric clutch wont fit without modification, so you have to either buy a new one for the larger output shaft of the magnum 20 or get the shaft turned down. thanks for watching!
@KenScobellАй бұрын
@@crappyclassics thanks, the donor tractor with the magnum still has electric cluch, hopefully it works. Is it necessary to do remote oil filter?

Useless video. You didn't show how to open the Caberator. Or what you use to clear the blockage. Or how to actually clear the blockage.

Any chance you’d be interested in selling this 79 K30? Other than a 454, this is the exact truck I’m looking for
@crappyclassics3 ай бұрын
Sorry I am not interested in selling my wrecker. There will be plenty of content on it on the channel. Most of it will most likely be next year or the year after. There will be a lot of content coming up on my other trucks soon including a 200 subscriber special. thank you for subscribing and watching the videos!

I've got a 1988 par car which is essentially the same thing only 4 wheels, I need a couple switches, the one under the floorboard that closes when you step on the pedal, and the Ignition switch for forward and reverse, Would you care to sell any of your spares?
@crappyclassics10 ай бұрын
unfortunately I have no spares but you can get the microswitch on amazon: and the key switch is expensive but easy to find new. www.amazon.com/Switch-Davidson-Columbia-71506-67-71506-63/dp/B083P5VPVD/ref=asc_df_B083P5VPVD/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=475737741997&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=3480729611979431573&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9002732&hvtargid=pla-994401485022&psc=1

Dude. You're a great guy and I subscribed. If you don't show the tear down and rebuild there isn't a lot we can learn. That's why most people watch them. The faster speed to keep the size of the upload down I get, but that is the best part of ALL the vid's people do on small engines. Yes, I slow the playback speed and mute the obnoxious music so I can see the carb teardown. I've been rebuilding carb's and small engines for a LONG time, but still like to watch them. This is not a shot 'cause you got great skills, I can tell. Look forward to more.
@robertwhite9898 Жыл бұрын
Those where bullet proof engines when maintained properly. Actually those older B.S. engines are better built vs today’s.

"Mico" drop the r. Mico Lock. Very popular option for locking all the brakes or just one circuit with a different, less expensive unit.
