It depends on how well the blackberries are strained out. If you use filter paper and store it in a cool dark place in a sealed container you should have at least 6 even 12 months, but if your just using a sieve it would be best consumed within 2-3 months, it will be the little bits in the bottom that can end up making the drink "bad" although theirs that much alcohol in vodka that it won't technically be off but the taste can start to become unpleaseant
