Totally agree with ya man. I love how the price of cars has gone up because that means my old cars a worth a lot now, not that i would ever sell em and yes that means I'm going to need 20 acres worth of sheds lol. I only discovered your channel today, so I notice the xf videos are a couple of years old already but still very cool to watch. I love how you have written Doomsled on your shirts the design is similar to Hatebreed album covers. Any way man I'm heading down to Adelaide next year to see Metalica so would be cool to meet you while we are down that way! Take care brother and talk soon. Josh.

Ive owned a few different Valiants, they always did me good, in 1980 I had a choice, buy a HK Monaro 307 or buy a VF Valiant Regal 318 2 door, they both were the same price, I bought the HK for $1500, and always thought I should have bought the VF.

The guys complaining about how much classics are worth are the same idiots that traded their hq monaro, valiant charger etc for crappy 80s/90s plastic bumper cars and now they're just salty that they were too dumb to keep them. My family have always been mechanics and they've thrown literal millions down the drain by not keeping them, and i mean 300-400 classics, 20-30 monaro coupes, chargers etc

That's bloody heartbreaking mate, not surprised though as I've heard some horror stories from others who now no longer import because of this behaviour. I would be complaining and seeking redress from those parties involved for damages!

Agree ... I was looking for Valiant VF and VG 2 door coupes and you can't get them for near sensible money anymore. So while everyone was looking that way ... i went for a worked 67 Plymouth Satellite with mint paint and all the goodies for less than an Aussie Valiant ... and the Satellite is far better in trim and finish right across the board! I laughed all the way home ... 😂

Check out the corner of Fairlie and Henry ST at Ottoway, listed as Vintage Van co on google maps, has 3 workshops, Used to be Owned by Peter Allwood, then sold by his daughter after he died, I rented it for a lil while, not sure whats goin on now but has room

Look at the Riverland and mallee , forget Tailem bend there is an embargo by council ,state gov. And the track for 25 yrs . Many car people moving to Riverland and mallee cheap and more car friendly. Everywhere else is paying looney tunes drug money or the price of high real-estate .

@@joz1751got any ideas then bro,sounds just like a factory down in Werribee Victoria Riverside Racing same sort of set up office at front drive in through roller door 🤷 even if you had open window frontage you could display some engines or anything related to the business just have to use that business brain and I'm sure he will when he finds the right place it's a start at least.
