Grant knows from being on tours doing comedy, when performing with musicians that they break out a LOT of candy. That is part of the thematic realism of Rock Hard. Grant can comment about whether the candy is a metaphor for something else. 🥷

Nice! If you like Stratego but want more depth, look-up Block war games. They are similar with one side blind to the other player, but the labels on the blocks have more abilities and there are more in-depth rules. You can look for a historical period such as (Crusader Rex, Julius Caesar, Sekigahara, Napolean, etc )

I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks when I had Covid in May. I don’t recommend that, and I have gained most of it back anyway. I see people are giving you tips, but you might want to consult a dietitian. One thing I know personally is that cutting out refined carbohydrates, including bread (I eat whole grains like oatmeal and quinoa), and keeping protein and fibre up at recommended amounts helps you feel satiated with fewer calories. Also drinking mainly water vs caloric drinks helps too. You should be able to do it, and you will healthier overall when you’re done.

Since this is a medical issue, you can probably go to the doctor and get on wegovy. If you can't get on wegovy, you'll probably have to change your diet and exercise completely to try and bring your weight down. Wegovy might be able to help you, so look into that... Once the hernia is gone, you won't need it anymore! It's just a suggestion, but do check with your doctor on that!
@GrantLyon3 күн бұрын
Yeah I’ve already changed my diet and started exercising more so hopefully that works!

Carnivore diet, look it up. Eat meat, eggs and hard cheese lost 20 In the first month, 10 per month since. Exercise if you want, I’m sure it would help but I didn’t. Feel great, sleep better, blood tests are perfect. Sugar and carbs are the enemy. No lie. Worth a try, easiest diet i have ever tried

I think im at 152 as of today, but that is before I cull a bunch in October. Everyone is going to have different collection needs. Some people are good with just 4 games, i found my perfect number is somewhere between 100 and 150, and others need giant collections because they do nothing but play or make content. All of those are valid and there is no perfect collection size that works for everyone and that is ok.
