Great channel and tutorial! Just a quick search through your vidoes but i cant see if you have any 'how to' package VR projects to mobile headsets? I have the Meta Pro and my goals are to package projects to the headset, with all the requirements to optimise, etc. Just wondering if you have covered anything like that? FYI, I have a workflow for 4.27, but not 5.3 as yet.

Thank you for such a great UE5.4 tutorial and thank you again my friend. I don't know if you have time to make this tutorial in its entirety. As a newbie, I especially wanted to understand how to make a complete project, I wanted to understand how to set up a multiplayer game, how to do multiplayer positioning in a large space, and how to finally package it into a complete game and distribute it to each client. In other words, it will eventually be able to allow many people to play with each other in a large space, and I would like to ask how to set up the wireless streaming method, and whether the wireless streaming of multiple people will not interfere with each other. The bitrate and frame rate are appropriate. Thank you again my friend, I wish you all the best and look forward to your answers.

Please tell me Unity or Unreal for VR and AR?
@NWLaserImageАй бұрын
Not sure what I did wrong. I copied the files to my blender folder, opened the launcher, launched 5.3, and when I tried to open the new museum files it gave me an error that it was created in a newer version of UE. So I opened it in 5.4 and none of the triggers work - I walk to the first pic with your recording and nothing happens. If I turn away from it I go into some preview flight mode - something like that. Any ideas what I might have done wrong?
@NWLaserImageАй бұрын
Awesome tutorial! I've been struggling with this for a while and in the first 24 minutes of this video I've learned more than hours of others! Your teaching style and explanations are spot-on! I'm designing my house in Blender and will use UE to be able to walk through it, this video is really making that possible! THANKS!!!

I am trying to make a UI Button work by pressing it and all I want it to do is to start the lights in the room. Can you please help me with that?
@est9905Ай бұрын
I want this to work in a VR Environment. So pressing the UI button inside VR and then getting the lights to turn on.
@EricVTuberАй бұрын
If you make a UI button, you would need the action of clicking it to adjust the property of the light so that it is “on” or “off” I would name the buttons carefully so you build a blueprint function to know which one to adjust.

This method teaches bad habits. Instead of doing this directly within the level, it's better to create a child of the Grabbable cube and set everything up there. This makes it more cost-effective and performance-efficient. Moreover, if you delete a flashlight placed in the level, you won't need to restart everything because blueprints are saved separately, creating a smoother workflow. you always want to handle things like this in a blueprint. no disrespect to the creator. it is an amazing tutorial. Just If you do it in the level instead of blueprint you will have to repeat this process a lot. or copy and paste the item into levels . when you could just make a blueprint. and simply place it in you're level or create an inventory system.

Thank you so much. I was trying to play a sequence from an actor (a button/box collision placed Inside the actor). I created a boolean where the actor only appears at a certain time and it triggers the cutscene. Thank you so much. Everyone else just posted a box trigger from the main scene but thats what i was not trying to do. This is perfect

Just asking and you may already be covering this will you have where i Make a Marquee map so the person could look and click an area of the museum of interest. for example if my museum is set up with paintings area and another area for sculptures. Can we make it so click on the marquee button and it will take it to that room or area. I would think it would be like your walk widget

Pls make a metaverse tutorial where others can join your levels
@EricVTuber4 ай бұрын
Hi @felipeolguera, first thanks for dropping a comment and especially a request! To clarify, do you want to see a tutorial on how to make an environment where someone else can join YOU in to your environment? If that is your request, the no doubt easiest way is to use UEFN (unreal for Fortnite). Are you familiar with that “version” of Unreal. If so I can show you how in that version or even direct you to other videos if you don’t want to wait. Or, is it that you prefer to use Unreal Engine 5.4 and want to build a multi-player environment which is quite a bit more work for yourself Or were you asking for a tutorial for how to join my specific environments, like my mansion island, as in you want to join me in my “metaverse”

so it is necessary for the scene to turn on when you stand in a certain area, and not when you want
@EricVTuber4 ай бұрын
Not exactly sure if that is a question or statement. You can activate a scene/sequence/animation so many different ways from walking into an area, a button, a menu, after a certain amount of time, when a level loads, when something is “accomplished”, you name it. Animations are used to tell stories or present information often so it’s used when it is “needed”
