Thanks Emma! It's a question of context and state of mind but you are absolutely right. It is something extremely hard to do when being depressed or drowning in everyday life. I am glad to say I am in a better place now and able to receive the message in your video. Though, that state of mind, I truly think it's happiness in the making. Have a great day internet stranger and thanks again!

I really appreciate your videos and they’ve helped me a lot 😌 it’s hard because I can’t remember anyone in my real life explicitly making me feel like I wasn’t good enough. The insecurities mostly just developed from scrolling on the internet and comparing myself. However, my jaws never fully developed and so I can’t really breathe properly which has cause me to have sunken eyes and a dimpled recessed chin and premature aging all at 22🥲 can’t afford jaw surgery or taking the time off work to recover so I’m just out here with the breathing issues and honestly hate how I look all the time. I want to connect with my true self and with true source but it’s hard when I feel so held back by this insecurity
@emmakarolyna5 күн бұрын
Thank you so much for sharing that and for being here.💞 The truth about this process is that it's a lifelong journey. I know it's so hard when insecurities feel overwhelming, but even if things feel heavy today, they won't always stay that way. The only constant is change, and even tiny moments of being present and acknowledging your true source for a moment can create real differences over time. Sending you so, so much love-- you got this🫶

Hi there, coming from a spiritual journey with sort of religious tone into it and it let me with so deep wounds that I feel unease even to connect with somebody and even losing myself somewhere, and if I did a good research it was saying that one way to find yourself is through healthy relationships, any tips on how can I get rid of this solitary state?
@emmakarolyna5 күн бұрын
Hey Daniel, thank you for being here and sharing! I totally get it-- opening up to new relationships is scary, but others also show us parts of ourselves to heal that we can't access just in solitude. Its hard when everyone makes all these judgements and comments about me to see myself as anything other than that.
@emmakarolyna7 күн бұрын
When people make comments like that, it's almost always a reflection of how they feel about themselves. If someone was truly happy and content, they would never think to try and drag you down. Training our brain to think that way is a lifelong process, though, so patience and grace is key. Much love 🫶

@@emmakarolyna That is not really true. A happy, kind and content person can absolutely point out character flaws in another person. It can be done in a loving way and it can be done harshly, in a loving way. It can also be done in a cruel way to hurt another person.

Just wanted to say I really enjoy your videos-your videos are amazing! I’m subscribed and love how unique and informative your content is. Your presentation, in particular, was so good! I noticed that your views and subs are a bit low. I think there are a few things you could optimize to grow your channel more. If you want, I will give tips and strategies to you completely free of charge. You can give me a chance. Thanks.

I applaud your bravery for approaching the topic; you will do well… However, If KZbin watchers don’t validate your channel, you get no approval. I’d like to see if you keep making videos 20 years from now if you still have less than 100 subs & low views. We all convince ourselves of a “reason” for choosing behaviors. Since childhood, we’ve always needed external validation. There’s never been a time that some level of it in our lives hasn’t been important to our survival (at work, socially, family dynamics, etc). It’s feedback to let us know we’re safe & also not threatening to the group. We are still dependent on some level of societal acceptance because we convince ourselves of reasons we do things we do, then await confirmation from the group. Your point is, we get to CHOOSE which group we prioritize the confirmation from.

Although this video is 3 months old, I don't really have any advise for you to make it better, your flow is very pleasant and natural, the content is legit and to the point, background music is not to present or interfering, meaning well balanced. The only thing I noticed is the fact that i'm under the impression you are looking just slightly away from the camera, not that it is a nuisance or weird, just an observation, lol, The Title you used for this video is well chosen too... I do believe algorithms might not be in your favour yet, therefore I think in time to come you will probably witness a sudden (magical) boost in views which will uplift your channel. So, in my humble and honest opinion (which is worth more than GOLD) you are doing and approaching it the right way... Just a matter of time and patience for these seeds you are sowing on KZbin to flourish... or at least something along those lines, lol, ❤

Well explained! We all get bombarded with external stimuli, lot's of individuals are dwelling in a low vibration soup of some sort, the worse part is the fact they aren't even consciously aware of the fact that they are, bit creepy and scary at the same time... great video and content, hopefully it stays that way! 😂Just kidding, ❤

This was a really good advice, analyzing our deep insecurities and learning from them, but i have a problem. I tried analysing the bad incidents each time that triggered something in me and most of the time its my fault that caused the incident because of the way i treated them. But the next day i forget about the lessons that i have learned and keep repeating those moments like nothing changed. Can you tell how to actually change my personality from the lesson i have learned and hold on to it. I have watched your videos since your first one. Please Continue what you are doing. Big Fan.
