Hello guys, I just did my operation last week , first two days was the pain normal , struggling in walking difficulty in movement and that’s normal , my skin start change and in the area i start saw swelling so i have called my doctor and he said after 48 hours u can take off your scrotal support , and start to wear stretchy pants but when i removed it i get extreme pain , pain that make my get dizzy and vomiting feeling, the extreme pain continues for 2 days but now the pain get decreased, till today I couldn’t go to the university or can even go out from my house because the pain and walking, I don’t know how my doctor gave me just 48 hours off , but I didn’t listen to him i will not go to anywhere till the pain disappear .

Mine comes and go, sometimes can't tell I have one, other times it goes large like a orange. Can't masterbate at all, it's like a wrecking ball swinging back n forth.

I did my surjery 2days ago actually. Till now not feeling any pain, i just worried about the skin, mine was a little too big.

It took literally 6 months for my "skin" to look normal. Don't worry.... it will turn out fine. Be glad there is no pain!

7 days after hydrocele repair its still big and swollen and one last stitch is unhealed hopefully few more days will be ok and doctor gave me 10 days work off

Here's the deal... BEFORE you go under they give you some amazing drugs. They will be cutting up with you, you might be laughing, cute nurses will flirt a bit, then in the blink of an eye you will wake up. You will have zero pain on the ride home (but take it slow). As all the drugs wear off the pain will return and that's when you get the bag off frozen peas, take your pain meds, and binge watch your favorite show. Weeks later you will never regret your decision.

Disclaimer, I am not a pro nor a mechanic. I will not advise you to add 134-a yourself. So with that in mind, I have found that you have to get the 134-a to the max psi (low side) as possible. My example is that I had measured 30 psi originally... but later learned that was not enough... but then I added more until I reached 35, and it made a BIG difference. It's like the hyundai system is very sensitive like that (unlike other cars or even a refrigerator). In all, get your 134-a psi to the max recommended for your car. There may be a chart that would say something like "35 psi at 70 degrees outside".

Hey! Am planning to have the surgery because mine is getting out of controle 🥴🥴. At the same time I have other important things to do (job related) so I can only rest 4 days max post opération. How many days did you stay in bed before resuming your life normally (light activity)? I hope you're doing better now ☺️☺️ Cheers!!

Thanks for posting. You are correct. The online version does not have that opening anymore. My PC downloaded version still does however. That's a bummer. The plane I use is the 2nd option (I can't remember what it is called though).

I have found the entrance to the underground water world. If you know how to travel under water, you can traverse the entire map in the water underground.

Thank you for the video, I am 10 weeks post surgery and unfortunately my hydrocele has completely returned to pre-surgery size (orange size), and I have a bit of pain some days and uncomfortable sleeping whereas before surgery I was 100% pain free. I will consider a second surgery, although not leaning towards it at the moment. Do you have any advice for those in my circumstance? (I am fairly athletic and eat very healthy, don't smoke or drink, 40 years old.) From my research, the hydrocele causes are largely unknown, there is nothing you can do to prevent it from re-occuring and hydrocele surgery is the best option to solve the problem as opposed to aspiration or other conservative measures. Thank you for your consideration.

I just had an anguinal and hydrocele surgery a month ago and it's fully back now even bigger like 200ml. Like you said I had no pain before now I do 🤮 my surgeon told me to wait 3 months as he may need to asperate it leaving a drip hose and mentioned it wouldn't come back because he did the inverting and sowing the films bags. Have you gotten it fixed yet?

@@TonY74U Sorry to hear that brother! I have not done a second surgery. I am now about 10 months post-surgery. About 1 month ago I noticed that mine is reducing in size. I have changed my diet and am not lifting heavy weights. I hope that it goes away naturally; and it is looking better. I hope the best for you as well in your recovery and solving the problem. I would be patient and wait before jumping into scheduling another surgery. Mine did get quite big and painful 3 months out but has now gotten smaller. No urologist including my surgeon had anything useful to say other than, "Sorry about it returning; let us know if you want to schedule another one when you are ready." The big take-away is that nobody knows what causes them, what makes them go away, or which surgeries will be sucessful. I would just continue to be patient with your body. Take care my friend, Jimmy

Hey Ryan...not sure you even check this anymore...but there is so much conflicting info on the net. Dr. Levine in Chicago claims to be able to fix hydrocele non surgically....but many say he is a fraud. Did you look into aspiration and sclerosing? Would love to chat with you..
