I have played it once, I happened to get the jackpot first go lol. I'm still surprised that I managed to achieve it

i used to rock monster drop at my local dave n busters and ive gotten the monster jackpot dozens of times by only playing if the bonus ball is over 30 because that ups your chances of getting the monster jackpot a ton!!! for a time the monster drop at my local dnb would also double the monster jackpot for some reason and i would get over 4000 tickets...i miss those days!!!

Again, another moment where my local arcades version of a game like Slam a Winner is the GOAT. Since it's only 10 cents, it gets a lot more plays than the usual slam a winner, and the jackpot increases by 3 for each credit, it it's often at a very high number. But at the same time, our play field is full of 0 ticket targets

slam a winner is always so fun as a cheap game to just try to get lucky if you're not too focused on trying to get tickets. one time on monster jam too, i randomly got the monster jackpot and i was like no way..

You have to be careful when you get the jackpot on this game too, some people misunderstand it. Last time I won I got tackled to the ground by a staff member.

I used to be a menace at the slam a winner. I had the timing DOWN to get jackpots more than 50% of the time. I could feel myself morphing into bubble bass as i farmed away at those tickets

I try to avoid that machine when I go to that arcade or at least not over stress it, it's a pain in the ass and gets stuck often, any tips to not get it stuck? Lol

Slam-A-Winner Extreme is definite S tier. The balls were more fair and the ball drop mechanism was consistent. Dave & Buster's ran their Slam Extremes with NO GUARD on the 150 hole (opposite the jackpot.) There were SEVENTEEN other advantage players I had on a text list to keep them updated on conditions (when it broke, when it fixed, if the strike point changed due to repairs) for that one game. The D&B version was above Pop the Lock in S-tier. 100,000 tickets in 2 hours was feasible, 3 hours was not uncommon.

It's crazy that slam a winner isn't a direct predecessor of monster drop. They seem so similar I thought they would've just been two from the same company

Buzzy Buzzy Bee by Bay Tek is one I really like. Not really very good, but I still think it is worth looking into if you can find one.

In machines with cards instead of tokens, a token simply pops out of the return.

So I ran into pop it for gold at my nieces birthday party the other day, S tier ticket farming game I went from 400 total tickets to over 1000 in around 40 minutes thanks to it giving 10 on a double air and up to 50 on a jackpot and it being relatively easy to time

i found a prize locker today after rewatching this video! it does appear to be skill based key master, but there are a few things to look out for. prize locker has this little white piece of plastic with a small notch in it, your key has to be absolutely perfectly aligned with this notch to win. if the key hole isnt level, it's likely not possible to even win on that hole due to how tight the tolerance is. i think it is skill based, but just really hard to align using the 3 step button pushes. the key moves at such a speed that makes it really hard to see level with the tiny alignment notch while the key is traveling.

This one and Sega SpongeBob were staples at Chuck E Cheese when I was a kid. I remember them being fairly easy since they were just timing based and didn’t take long to get down.
