@intheatremode At the risk of sounding "know it all"-ish, I am fairly certain that is a tractor that advertises the farm and tractor museum in Woodland, California. It sits along I-5. But i don't know what is WITH it.

That’s not a tractor. A hay baler perhaps. Definitely farm equipment. But also definitely not a tractor.
