In this instance, the patient required a slightly bigger scar than ran down the breast to acheive a longer-lasting result.

At I guess I would imagine it would be best for you to remove the gauge and focus on repairing the ear. You can pierce the ear after surgery, we wouldn't recommend stretching them again as the skin is going to be weaker than before but we can't stop you. However - for more accurate advice, it would be best to book a consultation where we can chat through your options in more detail.

It would depend on which type of surgery you have and the techniques used. When considering any type of breast surgery you should discuss with your surgeon if you are planning on breast feeding. Sometimes adjustments to the technique can be done.
