Looks good for simple stuff, but what I'm looking for is something similar for a shared vacation property that is used at various times throughout the year by 3 families. Costs like hazard and property insurance, property taxes, maintenance and essential furnishings and equipment would be split evenly, but other user-dependent expenses like propane, firewood, electricity, would be split according to the number of days each owner used the place each quarter or half or year. In addition, certain non-essential improvements would be unevenly shared. For example, a painting studio built in the back yard would only be used by 2 owners, so those two would cover the associated costs and maintenance. And in order to ensure petty cash is on hand for such things as kitchen supplies, linens, tools; and major improvements and property upkeep (new septic, re-roofing, tree removal, etc) a useful feature would be to track quarterly or semi-annual contribution to a savings account.
