Based on your describing how I would be able to set a personalized target zone with the Polar H10 and the Polar Beat app, I purchased the H10. I lacked that flexibility with my Garmin watch. However, I could not do as you described with the app. In exploring online for an explanation, the most apt information indicated that I also need to have a Polar watch to perform that kind of specificity. Please tell me how to perform this without another purchase, and that you didn't mislead me.

Hi, thank you for your comment! To adjust the target in the Polar Beat app, follow these steps: 1. Select the exercise you want to do (e.g., running). 2. After selecting, tap on the running icon. 3. A new window will appear where you can change your target (Calories, Distance, Duration). 4. Under ‘Benefit Target,’ you can also choose the type of training (e.g., recovery, basic). It has different zone that you can choose from. If the voice guide is enabled, it will alert you if your heart rate goes above or below the expected range. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately no, it doesn’t have sleep analysis features, it is for active analysis like doing sports or walking

If you wanna monitor your heart rate during the day it is better to buy Polar watches. They are easier to use and they can monitor your heart rate during the day, or you can go for Smart watches like apple watchs and Samsung Watches.

You look drastically different. I don't believe this was 30 days of jump rope. It locoks more like 6 months of weight lifting to me. I don't like being lied to in any context.

What has helped me improve was by inserting a mobility workout with a mace after 100 skips. It keeps me active in between each set. Then I just increment skips each week until I reach 3000 skips per day.
