Do the batteries create EMF too? Or is it just the inverter, really?

Very nice. The adjustable counters is a great idea. You have enough room to do an autopsy inside the van! How long is the bed? The shower takes up so much space. It would be interesting to see if people who have the shower find it really useful. I would love to see a pull out toilet and more storage in place of the shower. Take a sponge bath daily when needed and go to a gym.

We custom build each van. We can for sure build it without a shower and put in extra storage, and a pull out toilet! Thanks Erik

Check out some of our other videos. I am really partial to the fixed bed layout with a garage underneath. Good point, there is a lack of storage in the Dinette layout. I make that clear when we do van layouts with customers. But we custom build each van per customer specifications. Thanks Erik

I am in the midst of planning out a Sprinter 144" and was always wondering how much length we can get in an East/West layout without flares. You mentioned 6 feet, but then you said 60". What is the max width from wall to wall? I am only 5'9" so i am hoping to be able to do the same. I see that you bumped it out as far as you could. I am wondering how you were able to insulate the van walls at the internal bump outs? Since you are from Minnesota and this van was built as a ski van, i would assume that you found a solution to this. Thx.

Yes, The bed was 60" x 72" We used 1/4" foam for insulation in that section. Best of luck! Erik

Actually this is a really innovative design. Nice work. Personally I would have made the wet bath a little bigger and added a built in cassette toilet. Also I would have angled the wall of the 3rd sleeping position to soften the transition from the wider part to the narrow part. But, again, a sweet design.

Owner here, loves this van so much. For a toilet I use a sealing bucket with kitty litter in the shower which I outfitted with a curtain besides the sliding shower door. Thank you so much Paul and Erik, you were so very easy to work with. Great job!!
