You have to use the wet/dry mode first and then dry mode only for the plates to heat and it will be sleek! Try it!,,

My boys are 10 and 12 and I got a landlines 2 years ago because my boys WILL NOT have a cell phone until 16. It's what my husband and I decided, and that's if they can pay for the bill. Now, for a 3rd and 4th line, it's 25 bucks per line, but we are not paying for it.

I thought you were suppose to use it in wet mode, then go to dry . Why not use the brush first?

There’s wet/dry mode, and just dry mode. I used wet/dry mode first to see if it would work as well as other people said it has on their hair especially since I have curly hair and have only seen girls with straight hair use it. I was hoping to not need to use the brush at all, but the flat iron in wet/dry mode didn’t work well enough for me unfortunately, I’m assuming because I moved through it too quickly. But yes usually I would only use a blow dry brush. I don’t like my hair pin straight.
