I do plan on consulting our chiropractor tomorrow. We’re confused with the attachments to adjust height. When I lay on the floor, my upper back does come up off the floor. Shouldn’t it be in contact with the floor? So that would indicated I should take one adjustable piece off I would think

@@rachelwidman2231 Thanks for the question!! Honestly I always tell my patients it’s more about what feels comfortable. I would start with the least intensive and then after a week or two add a little more to the stretch. I actually have people lie on the wedge and perform light chin tucks. I’ll post a video on here tomorrow demonstrating that. I’ll also post to my instagram page!!

@ChadGOrthoOT that's OK. They ended up removing part of my acromion and the end of my clavicle. I've had multiple major shoulder surgeries, and after a year and a half, I'm finally back to having my arm functional. After one of my surgeries, during active and assisted motion, my acromion would dive under my clavicle and get lodged. I would then have to forcefully pop it out from underneath. The drs had never seen anything like it and eventually decided to remove the bone and create enough space in my ac joint.
