I got an SY 200 and after playing around with it for a bit, got deeply uninspired, and Boss demos didn’t inspire at all! I may just dig it out again after watching this.

I'm sorry I dont have an SY-200 anymore but the best advice I can give is to try the presets, find one that's close and tweak from there

I had tried this. Too trebly, ice-picky... I prefer a lot the Fender Twisted set in my Baja, or the Bare Knuckle 50 set.

If you have...unless it's been changed there 50's Baja tele comes with a broadcaster pickup in the bridge and twisted tele in the neck, I've compared the SD stl-b pickup to the stock broadcaster that comes in the Baja tele and can't tell the difference' if you think it's too trebliy/ice picky use the tone knob to tame it down or lower the pickup.
