@@sixstringsamurai77 His playing is out of this world -- all props to him -- but most people don't play prog metal. I think whether you've got your own band or you gig around playing covers, there aren't many music directors/clients asking for prog metal. But they very well might ask you to cover Michael Jackson or Toto, and that's why your video is more relevant, in my opinion. It shows how people might use this pedal in the real world.

Agreed-i don't understand why boss made a quality product, but in the demo video from them, it's drowning in reverb, delay etc. So you don't get a real feel for it

I am curious. Most of the videos have some aggressive pads and synths on them that are just anoying to me. I wonder if its any good for me, I hate agressive synths but i want those mellow brass style synths and those soft pads that i normally do with midi for my guitar

This is by far one of the best guitar synth demos I’ve seen. Too many other demos out there where players are hacking away at pentatonic riffs, bending and vibrato-ing like a regular guitar player, and just making the thing sound like a shit guitar. You’ve really nailed the precision needed to play these synth lines- I love it!

That was a stupid move by the copyright owners. I like rock but is not my fav music genere. Most of the songs you played were rock n roll songs. Most of them i knew them. But some i did not or did not knew the title name and/or the band's name. For example: 'Tom Sawyer'. Now i am going to search for "Rush: Tom Sawyer" to check the song out because i liked the melody. My point is: you are giving them FREE PROMO and then they make you mute that part. Less views for them; I guess. That was a stupid move by them.

Bro.....you are so very talented to be able to dial in the tones of those classic riffs and also play them. My hats off to you. I just bought the new Boss Euros guitar about 15 minutes ago. I am hoping the built in electronics has the same type of algorithms this pedal uses. I read it's basically a SY-200 inside a guitar. If so, it's a major breakthrough for guitar players. Of course people will ask why not just buy the pedal? . I like to busk so having all the tones built into the guitar and smart phone, just makes life so much easier. Plus people will trip out not knowing where the sounds are coming from👁😱 PS.....Boss should pay you to make videos. I would contact their marketing dept. Seriously one good video like this results in hundreds of thousand of dollars in sales for Boss. At a minimum you should be getting free gear from them.
