I wish they would have explored the idea of people supporting the infinite tsukuyomi more. Without the knowledge that your body will be transformed into a Zetsu soldier, it makes sense that a lot of people would prefer living in a perfect dream world that feels as real as this one.

In a way Gaara’s hair is till spiky in the Boruto era, when momoshiki punches him his hair comes down and it’s sorta spiky again, so if he takes it down from being slicked back it’s still spiky
