My sister had cervical cancer and she had radiation and chemotherapy in the 80s. I told them why my sister is getting worst and not better. Today in 1987 almost 40 years later still using the same techniques and with same results.

I got a masectomy recently and I wished I would have seen this video before that date. I opted for no chemotherapy. I am eating healthier, taking natural products. I feel fine but feel like part of me is missing and not sure I want to have reconstruction. I would like to hear opinions.

YES! Making lots of money getting people to buy "food" fruits, veggies, junk food, processed food, sugar is good. OH BUT MEAT IS BAD and will KILL you! They want us SICK and on their pharmaceuticals so they can make even more money!

Great conversation. I have a real hard time with meditation, being and staying quiet. distractions are a big problem for me. I'm sensitive to noise pollution. I struggle to quiet my soul. I didn't get my first cellphone until my first year of college and it was a dial phone.

Wow this saved me. Keto to 90 day carnivore challenge messed my gut, energy and mental health up SO BAD. Back on keto with healthy greens. Been healing for two weeks and feeling major shift. It makes sense now what was happening to me. Thank you!!

I am 68 yrs old woman and low income. I use old gallon and half gallon vinegar bottles filled with water for my weights! I also use them in my backpack during daily walks. That with KETO, IF and at home glucose monitor and gym for running has been a game changer. I feel younger and healthier everyday...no pain..no meds and beat Diabetes 2 consistently for the last three years. ❤

Yes Ladies! I feel like my sister and I are the only 2 women in my family that will admit they are in post menopause I had to go through mine for about seven years until I was postmenopausal, but my mother and my aunt both said we never went through anything it was just done lol they never talked about it. I don’t have too many friends. Talk about it either. I think I was so regular with my periods that I knew something was going on and the only information out there that I could find was from Dr. Northrup and Dr. Gittleman at the time. It was the scariest time in my life until I found their books and did testing to explain my hormone levels ❤ To all of you listening to this that are under 40 just be prepared. Focus on getting tested the moment you start feeling weird or have I skipped period. I was very active and I was a runner and Walker and soon that all changed I had to redirect my entire lifestyle.. I am now 56 and feeling fabulous. Lots to learn along the way, but these ladies are amazing to help.

I'm sorry, I gave up after 18 minutes because she just seemed so vague. Toxins toxins toxins. More detail about the actual mechanisms of harm would be good - I may be being unfair, maybe she gets to it, but I've watched Dr. Paul Mason lay out the arguments against seed oils much more clearly and concisely.

I wish these nutritional and hormonal "understandings" were available 20 years ago, before osteopenia & sarcopenia set in. Hard enough to get hormonal support from today's doctors and insurance now post menopausally. Thank you both for educating & encouraging maturing ladies to aim higher for ourselves in smart effective ways. ❤

What exactly do you mean by diversify?...i eat typically the same exact foods daily with like 2 different breakfasts i rotate, 2 or 3 different dinners im always eating, and i have Crohns... my weekly shopping lists are almost identical. Does this mean diversify as in stop eating the same foods all the time? Eat a lot of different things for breakfast, dinner etc ? Sorry for the dumb question.

I’m 63 and had 3 kiddos between 36-40. I changed my workouts with each child while working including swimming, running, lifting, & walking & Ommming. I found everything in moderation but daily exercise never the less. I did pull my groin in leg press during 1st child and found swimming a mile a day very successful during pregnancy from 39 -40. Best thing ever.

Thank you for talking about this topic and shedding light on it because my doctors, own mother, isn't talking to me and preparing me for that stage of life. your one of the few people to speak up. I can't get my western medicine doctors to run a full complete thyroid test and it's so frustrating.

I understand the obsession of not wanting to grow older, but it puts a negative spin on aging for our daughters & nieces. It screams insecurity, in my humble opinion. I have a girlfriend who is 2 years younger than I, and she refuses to admit that she is in peri-menopause. She went out of her way and bought a cold plunging tub, claiming she dropped 15 lbs. from it to prove to herself that she isn't aging. 🤦🏼♀️ (I know it's a decent tool for reducing inflammation, but it typically burns 63 calories for 15 minutes of exposure.) I have 3 teenage daughters. The last thing I want to do is pretend that I can be fertile until the day I die. I am trying to age gracefully, with dignity, so that they have a positive model to remember when they go through peri-menopause & menopause. ❤

Hi Cynthia! 👋- I really enjoy your channel and interviews. From my personal and very much individual, ‘n of 1’ experience. (I am not a medical professional) I strongly disagree that having cream in your coffee disrupts your fast or makes it more difficult. I have been eating keto, fasting MWF (44:4) for a solid year hold my morning coffee with cream as sacred and definitely instrumental in my successful weight loss of 105lbs in 12 months at age 61. I steadily lose 1-2lbs weekly. Cutting out a significant part of your daily routine seems punitive and likely to lead to fasting failure. I’m @ProgressIn Transformation ❤️❤️❤️

The first time my son went to a week-long field trip, the emptiness was so overwhelming and I could barely do anything. Now he is teen, and the everyday conflicts make me think maybe this is a good phase for both of us to detach from each other 😅. I surely am afraid of the future when he finally goes independent, but I am still the same woman. I have this human being I will always love and will always be ready to do whatever needed for him. For myself, I still have my career, I can pickup my hobbies, and I can rediscover who I really am and what I want for the rest of my life.

Can anyone tell me, correct me if I'm wrong. Timeline 28.27 saids the second group got all the inulin plus the prebiotic & the results was "inflammatory makers came down and gut diversity came down." I thought gut diversity would've gone up because gut bacteria love prebiotic.

I’m watching this to figure out if not drinking makes me retain my youthful appearance. It definitely cracks black! BW that drinks look like their faces are sliding off their heads… eyes closed, jawline hanging to their necks… and my eyes are bright wide open and skin is tight and my expressions look distinct instead of distorted. 🤤 vs 😊
