Atgames Genesis ruined it, even the Sega Smash Pack on Dreamcast also known for its very inaccurate and bad sound or overall emulation manages to give better results, after all it is PCM which is what the master system used I think, it was also used in the Genesis but it does have sound problems too similar to atgames, some games play play sound fast and slow, sound effects are almost the same too with the weird pitch or slowed down
