cutout installed post cat, at 90 degrees with a muffler attached... the only way this can get worse is if he re-rerouted it back into the main exhaust 😂😂😂😂😂😂

most to all exhaust will still go straight to the muffler....the exhaust won't take a 90 degree turn if it's not blocked

And? If pressure in a exaust pipe is greater than outside it will take any path to equalize. And considerering that the muffler is more restrictive than that cherry bomb, most of the gases will go there.... That 90 degree, will only make the flow more turbulent.
