Can this rig be used at distance? Ive read that it looses effectiveness over distance. Sorry if this is a silly question. Thanks again. Great video 😊

Not gunna lie when I saw BIG CATFISH I thought we were talking 100lb+ not some baby eels 😂😂 some beautiful carp tho and massive perch
@FanterFishing2 жыл бұрын
There are 100+ in there now mate, it was the unknown when we did that. Cheers for watching mate
@benswift2182 жыл бұрын
@@FanterFishing that’s interesting mate I also forgot it’s hard to net cats as the burrow on the sides of banks but always gd too see the silvers being taken out. I have been fishing for cats for a few years now might give that place a try.
@benswift2182 жыл бұрын
@@FanterFishing wow 127lbs cat is not something to call a baby eel 😅I take that back mate that lake has a top 10 British cat in it if stays 120+ all year round will see me there soon 🤙

I’ll be honest the fishing license is needed and the content from this is excellent but I’ll have to disagree with the environment agency part I live in Norwich ,and round there they don’t really do much for the rivers and fish in them but I like what you said “ I haven’t been checked for my diving licence in years but that’s don’t mean I drive without one “ mad respect for always getting licence no matter what ☝🏽👍🏼

Brilliant mate well done. I love yours and Nicks channel is great too. I thought for a while there is a lack of fishing podcasts. Be good to listen to some of the KZbin superstars.
@FanterFishing3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your very kind words Lee, whilst the podcast hasn’t reached the same amount of people that a normal video would, the feedback that I have had from those that have watched/listened has been really positive. Certainly made me want to create some more 👍
@leegarner60133 жыл бұрын
Yeah it is a problem isn’t it, podcasts don’t float everyone’s boat. Videos are much easier. I used to love listening to fisherman’s Blues with Keith and Nigel on the way to work. Great news the feedback is good for you. I hope you continue it. We all have our ‘superstar’ fishing hero’s but the likes of Bill from easy fishing has been a KZbin fishing font of knowledge for myself. Loads of unsung hero’s out there who don’t even know it. I’ve enjoyed the Guru podcasts too.
@FanterFishing3 жыл бұрын
@@leegarner6013 agree on the podcast not floating everyone’s boat, but so many havnt given them a go, kind of why I wanted to give the opportunity for video and audio. Fisherman’s blues was great, so many good stories. Never met Bill but he always came across as a true gent, and made me very sad when I saw his final video. The stuff that I do Is all for entertainment and if it is entertaining people then I will continue 👍
