That was dope! Kim held her own with a Legend being a Legend herself and had Cyndi singing Put ya Lighters Up!🎉😮

Watching this, I felt such a mix of emotions-I started welling up, and by the end, I had tears streaming down my face. The beauty standards in the entertainment industry have always been brutal, and they’re even harsher for women and even harsher for women of color. I still can’t believe this is my first time witnessing this incredible duet! You can hear a bit of nervousness in Kim’s voice, but when the beat kicks in around the 2-minute mark, it’s pure magic. What a powerful and unforgettable moment. Seeing recent photos of Kim compared to this moment just breaks my heart, knowing how those impossible standards might have played a role in shaping her insecurities and decisions. It’s a painful reminder of how unforgiving the industry can be. *Dear Women and Girls* You are all queens, no matter your appearance, background, or circumstances. You are goddesses, the very essence of strength, beauty, and resilience, bringing life, love, and hope into this world. Not only that, but you deserve to be revered, celebrated, and elevated for all that you are and all that you contribute. As a gay man with three incredible sisters whom I adore, I have witnessed firsthand the power, grace, and unyielding strength that women embody. You inspire me, and I hold the entirety of womanhood in the highest regard and then some! I am a proud feminist-not in the conventional sense that merely calls for equal rights, but in the belief that women deserve *more*. More rights, more accolades, more elevation than any man. The contributions of women should be at the forefront of our world, celebrated and upheld as the pillars of progress, compassion, and wisdom that they are. I dream of a future where women are leading in every corner of society, shaping a world built on collaboration, empathy, and fairness. Only then will humanity truly begin to approach its potential for harmony and peace. As Sally Field so powerfully said: *"To mothers-if mothers ran the world, there would be no god-damn wars."* Stay strong, stay proud, and never forget your worth. You are the heart and soul of this world. 💜

This was very good considering little Kim is not a singer once she got through her nerves, you can tell she relaxed, and the vocals got better! This performance was a vibe!

She is a classy woman. I think it’s great that she can still stay true to herself with fashion and hair and not subjected herself to plastic surgery. Talk about aging gracefully.

Love this! You included women of all ages, tribes, and nations. It was when it was just mostly talked about. I believe this is why your songs, videos, and music are still relevant. Love of all women. Thank you.

Cindy Lauper marcó una época en la música entre los niños, jovenes y adultos de aquellos años '80... Toda una diva, con wu voz de niña dulce y traviesa!... Sus conciertos eran memorables!!!... La AMO!!! 🤩👍
